Ernest his construction journey in Victoria, B.C. in 1978, where he focused on home construction, renovations, tenant improvements, and land development. In 2000, he and his wife, along with their five children, relocated to Calgary, Alberta, where he further expanded his construction expertise and earned the Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal in Construction Management. His time in Calgary enhanced his experience, particularly in management roles. In October 2016, Ernie and his wife returned to the Lower Mainland, immersing themselves once again in the construction industry.
